Hi beached whales and beached whale lovers! After our June event got rained out, it’s time for a Chicago Beach Day Gromoff @ Kathy Osterman Hollywood Beach! 🐳🏝🌞 Come on out and show off all those gains you’ve made since last year’s beach gromoff 🥰

The gromoff begins at 1:00 on Saturday July 29th. We’ll plan to hang out at the beach for as long as we see fit (for at least a few hours)! Depending on the vibe, we can mosey on over to get some food once we’re ready to move on from the beach. This event is BYOE (bring your own everything): drinks, snacks, sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, chair… whatever you need for your perfect beach day. There is a snack shack at the beach with some food if you’d like.

On the day of the event, be on the lookout for an update as to where we are located on the beach! Dom/piggysmallz will arrive early to stake out a spot.

For those taking the CTA: Hollywood Beach can be reached via the #84 Peterson, #147 Outer Drive Express and #151 Sheridan buses. It is also a quick walk from the Bryn Mawr Red Line stop.

For those driving: available parking is street parking. There are also a few paid lots near-ish to the beach.
