Wir treffen uns im Schlosspark Wiesbaden-Biebrich zu einem geselligen Picknick. Je nach Wetterlage können wir im Anschluss noch einen Ausflug in den Rheingau machen, entweder per Bahn, Auto oder Schiff.
Der Schlosspark Biebrich erstreckt sich vom Bahnhof Biebrich bis zum Rheinufer und bietet neben einem ausgedehnten Landschaftsgarten den Blick auf ein barockes Schloss direkt am Ufer. Hier gibt es auch einen Weinstand, Eisdielen und allerlei Gastro-Takeaway-Angebote
Aufgrund der schwer planbaren Corona-Situation wollen wir uns daher unabhängig von fester Gastro Outdoor aufhalten, also bringt am besten eine Decke oder etwas zum Sitzen mit.
Selbstgebackenes, Selbstgekochtes oder Selbstgekauftes zum füllen des eigenen und auch den ein oder anderne Bauches wären ebenso von jedem selbt mitzubringen.
Die Anreise ist direkt zum Bahnhof Wiesbaden-Biebrich (Wiesbaden HBF kann wegen einer Brückensperrung aktuell nicht angefahren werden) möglich, dort gegenüber beginnt der Park. Wir treffen uns im oberen Bereich des Parkes, in der Nähe des Eingangstors zur Äppelallee. Mit dem Hessenticket könnt ihr als Gruppe bis zu 5 Personen günstig innerhalb des Landes Bahnfahren, schließt euch daher ggf. im Vorfeld mit anderne zusammen und reist gemeinsam an.
Parkplätze sind rund um den Park ebenfalls reichlich zu finden.

We meet in the Wiesbaden-Biebrich Palace Park for a sociable picnic. Depending on the weather, we can then make an excursion to the Rheingau, either by train, car or ship.
The Biebrich Castle Park extends from the Biebrich train station to the banks of the Rhine and, in addition to an extensive landscaped garden, offers a view of a baroque castle directly on the bank. There is also a wine stand, ice cream parlors and all kinds of gastro takeaway offers
Due to the corona situation, which is difficult to plan, we therefore want to stay outdoors independently of fixed gastro, so it's best to bring a blanket or something to sit on.
Self-baked, self-cooked or self-bought to fill your own and also one or the other belly should also be brought by everyone.
You can travel directly to Wiesbaden-Biebrich train station (Wiesbaden HBF cannot currently be approached due to a bridge closure), the park begins opposite there. We meet in the upper area of the park, near the entrance gate to Äppelallee. With the Hessenticket you can travel by train as a group of up to 5 people cheaply within the state, so if necessary join up with others in advance and travel together.
There are also plenty of parking spaces around the park.
