 OTE: this one is 21+)\, to be held at:\n\nThe BRAND SPANKIN' NEW Puttshack
  Philadelphia! Within the Shops at Liberty Place at 1625 Chestnut St\, Phi
 ladelphia\, PA 19103\n\nIt's not just miniature golf!!!!\nGet ready to par
 -tee! YOUR SUGGESTION\, Puttshack\, is the world’s ONLY tech-infused mini 
 golf experience (your ball keeps track of your score and game progress for
  you\, etc.) and is perfectly suited for the athleticism typically found i
 n a group like ours! \;-) This fresh\, new venue takes up an IMPRESSIVE 26
 \,000 sq. ft. just inside the Chestnut St. entrance of the Liberty Place s
 hops\, and features a 9-hole tech-driven mini-golf course - But that only 
 SCRATCHES the SURFACE of what to expect for this event!\nUpon entering the
  facility\, we will gather for:\n*** an HOUR of ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT food simil
 ar to a sample menu found in the photos of this event (see left)\n*** INCL
 UDED wine\, beer\, and hard seltzers the ENTIRE time we are there (cocktai
 ls\, shots\, etc. also available for purchase)\n*** a rousing game of high
 -tech mini golf like you’ve never played before\n*** ALL taxes and fees (s
 ales tax\, golf tax\, beverage tax\, admin fee\, room rental\, etc.)\n*** 
 A generous gratuity for our attentive staff!\n\nGuests will be able to cre
 ate a unique player profile and sync their golf ball at the start of the g
 ameplay. The golf balls can track the player's score\, bonus points earned
  and which holes have been played. If you ever return to Puttshack\, you w
 ill be able to use your profile to access data about past visits\, games\,
  and other metrics.\n\nThe seating consists of plenty of corpulent\, comfo
 rtable chairs\, so the largest among us should have no trouble being accom
 modated.\n\nTHIS EVENT WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY FILL UP\, so reserve as soon

 consists of 3 steps: \n1.** FIRST\, mark yourself as attending on this eve

 h him to make your payment of $99.42 (Venmo preferred\, also have PayPal\,
  Zelle\, and probably another option or 2 I'm forgetting). It was a HUMONG
 OUS challenge to get this total\, with everything included\, under $100 bu
 t after a lot of back-and-forth with the venue\, I was able to *just* get 
 it under.  Remember that ALL of those bullet points above are included in 
 the $99.42 individual total. You will leave full and probably buzzed!\n\n\
 nFAQs:\n~ What if I RSVP and pay\, but can't make it on the day of the eve
 nt? For this reservation\, your payment will be refunded as long as you gi
 ve the organizer 7 days of notice. If you cancel after that or just don't 
 show up to the event\, you will still be issued a refund after the event I
 F the venue doesn't charge for the empty seat. If they do charge\, you wil
 l not be issued a refund.\n\n~ I'm under 21. May I attend? SORRY\, this Gr
 ommoff is open only to members 21 and over. This is not typically. At the 
 very lease\, the Grommoff itself is usually open to those members who are 
 18+\, but alcohol is included at this particular event\, so members under 
 U.S. legal drinking age\, stay tuned for our next local event in July!\n\n
 ~ Lots of people have signed up but I don't see much activity on the event
  page. What gives? Grommoffs only appear on the web version of Grommr and 
 not on the app\, so most of us keep up-to-speed by using our secret Philly
  Grommoff Discord server! Let us know by sending a message to Titanicgains
  or dropping a comment below if you'd like an invitation to the server.\n\

 hers’ personal space\n\nGatherings can be exciting--and it can be easy to 
 feel comfortable with people you’ve just met. But make sure you always ask
  before encroaching on someone’s personal space if you don’t know them and
  stop if someone asks you to stop. Don’t make assumptions and ask for cons
 ent and you’ll be fine.\n\n2. No room for racism\, misogyny\, ableism\, ho
 mophobia or transphobia\n\nWe hope this rule goes without saying\, but the
 re is absolutely no room for racist\, misogynistic\, homophobic or transph
 obic views at any Grokio Community Gathering. Period.\n\n3. Respect the di
 scretion of the group in public\n\nOftentimes\, gatherings are held in pub
 lic places (restaurants\, parks\, beaches\, bowling alleys\, etc.) and the
 re will be other people nearby. Be aware that loud voices travel—if you’re
  talking about sensitive or potentially embarrassing topics\, use your ins
 ide voice. Similarly\, a public place is not appropriate for intimacy or s
 exualized touching. Even if the other person is comfortable with it\, resp
 ect that you’re with a group in a public place and hold off until you have
  more privacy.\n\n4. Illegal drug/alcohol use is not allowed\n\nThe use of
  drugs that are illegal in the local jurisdiction before or during a Groki
 o Community Gathering is strictly forbidden\, as is the consumption of alc
 ohol by those under the legal age in the local jurisdiction.\n\n5. Guests 
 from outside the community are only allowed with prior approval\n\nWe know
  that attending a GrommOff\, Feabie Meet or Ferzu Event for the first time
  can be scary\, but bringing along a friend from outside the community for
  support can make others feel uncomfortable and force them to edit themsel
 ves the way they do in the real world (the goal of our gatherings is to le
 t everyone stop editing!) If you absolutely must bring a friend from outsi
 de the community and you are confident they will know how to behave approp
 riately\, you must clear it with the organizer BEFORE the event. Any porti
