It was and could still be the largest selection in Europe located in the City Centre. Parking will have a charge, the free bus does have a stop on Princess Street, which is not a far walk there is a Q-Park for parking if not doing on-street though in the vicinity is 2 hour limit and the most expensive area of the city centre. 12Noon Sakura https://maps.app.goo.gl/432uG97og29ejfWX7?g_st=ac all you can eat sushi £31.99+10% discretionary excluding drinks. They do have a great bar and robots that bring food to the table. It is a little ways outside the city centre, but there is free parking and the 135 bus is a frequent bus with £2 one way.

2-3pm drinks in the village probably the Lodge https://maps.app.goo.gl/gUYqNjKQREsZ523S6?g_st=ac if not on Canal Street hose driving can go to Travis St outside the controlled zone and park for free and walk over takes about 20minutes with a waddle.

By Car: Plenty of pay parking in the City Centre from on street to surface to multistorey with varying costs and accessibility try parkepedia.com for suggestions

By City bus: Piccadilly Gardens is not too far away and the free shuttle bus is good

By Tram: Piccadilly and Piccadilly Gardens tram stops aren't too far away

By Intercity bus: National express uses Manchester Coach station by the village, but some may use Shudehill as this is where Megabus operated from and I believe Flixbus is there now.

By Train: Piccadilly and Oxford Road Train Stations aren't far from the Gay village
