Attention gainers, encouragers, and bear allies 👋

We’re traveling in from around the world to celebrate the beauty and presence of bigger bodies this Songkran as part of the Mr Bear International contest—and we wanted to take the opportunity to meet you.

This year, two of the contestants are part of the Grommr community, along with returning alumni HuskyGymmer (Mr Bear Singapore 2025), which made this feel like the perfect moment to bring together local gainers, encouragers, and those visiting Bangkok for the week.

Dress comfortably for the occasion—something that lets you enjoy a proper meal and feel good in your body—I'll likely be wearing a tight shirt that shows of the gains I've been working hard on and some pants I can loosen as I get more and more stuffed throughout the evening.

We’ll begin the evening with dinner at Mo-Mo-Paradise in Silom (with MK Gold as a backup depending on group size), then make our way to BEEF in the Silom area around 9:45pm for drinks and a more social atmosphere.
